The creation of this activity has been made possible by the recruitment of <b>Dr Ahmad Allouche<\/b> (former Head of Biology at SynAging) who is placing his <b>unique expertise in the solubilization and stabilization of oligomeric proteins (A\u03b2O, \u03b1SO and TauO)<\/b> at the disposal of <b>ETAP-Lab<\/b>.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p align=\"justify\">As a first step, <b>ETAP-Cell<\/b> will focus on validating the reproducibility of its tests on cultures of primary rat neurons. <b>The initial results are expected in May 2019.<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p align=\"justify\">The implementation of other models <b>using other preparations (\u03b1S fibrils, TDP43 oligomers)<\/b> will follow. At the same time, corresponding tests will be validated <b><em>in vivo <\/em><\/b>in mice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p align=\"justify\">In the medium term, <em>in vitro <\/em>tests in the fields of <b>stroke<\/b> and <b> multiple sclerosis<\/b> are also planned, to complement the unique and outstanding <em>in vivo <\/em>services offered by <b>ETAP-Lab<\/b> &#8211; thanks in particular to the public\/private partnerships it has established with <b> internationally renowned academic research teams<\/b>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Until then, the <strong>ETAP-Lab<\/strong> team is receptive to hearing about your needs and expectations, the better to integrate these into the solutions being developed. <br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p>With <font color=\"#09A2C9\">ETAP-Cell<\/font>, <font color=\"#09A2C9\">ETAP-Lab<\/font> is expanding its range of <font color=\"#09A2C9\">preclinical services<\/font>, while maintaining the concern for <font color=\"#09A2C9\">quality<\/font> and <font color=\"#09A2C9\">advice<\/font> for which it is so well-respected. Our objective is also to participate in the ongoing collective effort within the pharmaceutical industry to offer models having high <font color=\"#09A2C9\">translational value<\/font>, while reducing the number of animals used for experimentation. This is why ETAP-Lab already plans to invest in the development of <font color=\"#09A2C9\">innovative tests<\/font> based on <font color=\"#09A2C9\">human pluripotent stem cell cultures (h-IPSCs)<\/font>. <b>N.
