đź’ˇ We are proud to present our innovative #BrainOnChip model designed to develop and explore drug efficacy in #Alzheimer’s disease.
Our model incorporates:
> Compartmentalized co-culture, showcased in the poster, featuring glutamatergic and GABAergic neurons derived from human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSCs).
> Fluidic isolation using NETRI’s DuaLink device and DuaLinkMEA device (MicroElectrodeArray).
> Integration of ETAP-Lab’s toxic oligomeric forms of human amyloid beta 1-42 (AβO).
