ETAP-Lab is pleased to announce the upgrade of the ISO 9001 certification, this time based on the latest version of the standard from 2015.
Through an internal and external audit of the OFC (the French Certification Organization), quality assurance, control and monitoring procedures have been carried out to attest to the quality of our services.
By being accredited, our company ensures customers that their expectations are met through the quality of its management system in the following areas: consulting, advising and expertise of studies in the field of in vitro and in vivo preclinical research. This step also constitutes an extension of the previous certification, as all ETAP-Lab activities are now included.
In addition, Strok@lliance, the co-created brand of ETAP-Lab dedicated exclusively to stroke, is now included in this certification for the first time.
